I was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York, just about 80 miles north of the Big Apple. My family and I live in Hyde Park, New York, the former home of Franklin Roosevelt, but I didn't let that stop us from living there. Seriously, it's a real nice town, rich with history. My wife Christine and I have been happily married for 24 years and have seven (yes seven) children, 5 boys and two girls. I am passionate about my relationships, with God and my family, they are the fuel for my creativity and the drive to finish strong.

My goal is to develop books and training materials to help and encourage men to be better fathers, husbands, sons and brothers. I have this great desire to help men understand how much the Father loves them and how His purposes for them are just the ticket to become all they want to be.

My piece "Seven Promises from Your Husband" was featured on two separate occasions (both on Valentines Day) on Ken Canfield's syndicated radio program "Today's Father", that was a real thrill.

I also write a monthly email newsletter geared towards men and their roles as sons, brothers, fathers and husbands.

When we are consumed by the Father, He "passionates" our being, empowers the way we love our wives and the way we father our children. If we focus on helping our children develop Godly character, if we love our wives like Christ loves the Church, if we just trust Him, we can change a little bit of the world everyday.

I believe in the Scriptures of the Old & the New Testaments as verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original writing, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith & life.

I believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

I believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.

I believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven, and His present life for us as High Priest & Advocate.

I believe in "that blessed hope," the personal return of our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.
