Strategic Fathering

"And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." Malachi 4:6

I believe it begins with us allowing the Father to love us as sons, getting to that place where we hear Him call our name, knowing the pleasure He takes in us. There is approval when the Father calls our name, not shame. There is loving correction when He calls our name, not condemnation. There is acceptance when He calls our name, not rejection. When we as fathers dive into that reality, we can be all He wants us to be.

"For you did not get the spirit of servants again to put you in fear, but the spirit of sons was given to you, by which we say, Abba, Father"

Romans 8:15

Imagine having the tools to be the Father you long to be. Picture the fruit in your life as a result of having those tools. The truth is you can!

Strategic Fathering is about embracing the call of our Heavenly Father and moving in His purposes for us as men. My prayer is that this site will encourage your heart to become all the Heavenly Father wants you to be.

When we are consumed by the Father, He "passionates" our being, and empowers the way we lead our families. If we focus on helping our children develop Godly character, if we love our wives like Christ loves the Church, if we just trust Him to change us, then we can change a little bit of the world everyday.
